Our event planning services start with taking the time to understand what you really desire for your event. We will connect you with the right vendors, and together we will plan an event to remember.
Event Consultation
We offer FREE 30 minute phone consultations for New Clients
Consultations are $100 per hour
ALL consults over 30 minutes will be billed at hourly rate
If you have questions about an event that you are planning, we can help with that as well. We offer consultations on venue contracts, scheduling, and permitting.
Event Management & coordinating
DAY-OF SUPPORT STARTS AT
$1,500
If your planning is handled but you want help executing your event, our day-of event coordination is for you. Your Yinka's Palace Event Coordinator will make sure your event runs smoothly from start to finish, overseeing all day-of logistics and last-minute details so you can be fully present during your event.
Coordination can include:

• Vendor management
• Day-of logistics
